PRODUCT CAPABILITY

Governed reports, evidence packages and scheduled delivery

Prepare traceable reports and evidence bundles, review the exact publication, and deliver to validated recipients with visible outcomes.

A generated report is not yet a delivery: Scoped source records; Approved publication; Recipient checks; Delivery outcome.

Producing a report and being authorized to send it are separate decisions. Velocize connects source scope, report templates, supporting evidence, publication approval and external delivery. Management reviews, customer updates and assessment preparation can use a controlled publication process rather than disconnected manual attachments.

01

Produce outputs suited to the recipient

Executive summaries, audit packages, workflow histories and evidence bundles have different audiences. Velocize supports document, spreadsheet, presentation, structured-data and packaged outputs through governed report generation. The chosen template and source scope remain associated with the publication.

Versioned templates help report owners maintain repeatable presentation and controlled customer branding. Locale-aware output supports the agreed audience. A customer-ready publication can differ from an internal operator download, so internal material does not become external merely because the same source supports both reports.

02

Know which version was reviewed

An evidence package relates its primary deliverable to supporting artifacts and integrity information. Reviewers can identify what the package contains and which source and template versions were used. This helps explain an externally shared result after underlying work continues to change.

Where approval is required, it applies to the specific package proposed for publication. A generated report remains distinguishable from a sendable report. Sensitive content, missing approval, an embargo or an invalid recipient can keep delivery on hold while the responsible people resolve the condition.

03

Schedule publication without losing control

A recurring report has a defined cadence, scope and intended recipients. Each run produces an identifiable result and re-evaluates the applicable publication conditions. Teams can examine upcoming work, pending approvals and failed delivery instead of relying on an undocumented background send.

Delivery history distinguishes sending, recipient acknowledgment and access activity. Supported channels retain their own delivery capabilities. Authorized operators can inspect a failure and take an eligible recovery action; a provider's accepted send is not presented as a customer's business acceptance.

04

Example: distribute a monthly customer review pack

A program team prepares a monthly customer pack containing delivery status and selected verification evidence. The report owner selects the reporting period and customer scope. An authorized reviewer examines the exact package, including the material appropriate for external disclosure.

The approved result is delivered through the configured supported channel, and its outcome remains visible. A later correction is a reviewable new publication. Access expiry or revocation applies to the governed publication surface; the organization also decides how already downloaded copies must be handled.

05

What value should the publication process provide?

The buyer should be able to follow a report back to its sources and forward to its approved recipient and delivery outcome. Ask to see a held publication, a failed send and a recurring run, not only a successful PDF download.

Quality, program, customer and operations teams gain a shared explanation of what was sent, why it was allowed and what happened next. This reduces repeated preparation and ambiguous handoffs while leaving publication decisions with the authorized people.
