PRODUCT FEATURE

Structured data and shared record meaning

Use consistent record structures across workflows, AI, evidence and integration so validation and review have a dependable information foundation.

Shared records retain consistent meaning: Record structure; Structural validation; Business review; Controlled evolution.

Velocize uses governed schemas to define the structure of important records across the lifecycle. A workflow outcome, authorization assessment, evidence reference and reconciliation result retain distinguishable meanings. Teams can check the required information and permitted states without treating a valid-looking document as proof of an approved business outcome.

01

Consistent information across disciplines

Shared structures help delivery, security, support and automation interpret the same record. Required context and defined state vocabulary reduce ambiguity when information moves between systems or teams.

JSON Schema provides a machine-readable foundation. Source identity, lifecycle relationships and human review give the structure its operational meaning; schema validity alone does not establish truth or acceptance.

02

AI and external data remain reviewable

AI tool activity, authorization decisions and imported material need clear context and outcome distinctions. Structured records let reviewers identify the source, affected scope and review state rather than infer them from fluent generated prose.

Supplier uploads and synchronized records enter a governed reconciliation and review path. A structurally valid submission may still conflict with the current baseline or require stronger approval.

03

Change the model without losing history

Review schema and interpretation changes alongside the integrations and evidence that depend on them. Preserve the source version and the basis of a derived summary so older material is not silently reinterpreted as a new outcome.

Velocize links data governance to architecture, knowledge lineage and change impact. The organization gains an inspectable chain from information structure to the decision it supports.
